- Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers

- Canvas LMS Data: Academic information retrieved using your provided API token, including courses, grades, assignments, and submissions
- Payment Processor: Transaction status and subscription information from Stripe

This limitation applies regardless of whether the breach was foreseeable and regardless of whether DATAHOUNDS LLC was advised of the possibility of such damages.
You expressly agree that your sole remedy for any privacy-related claim is to discontinue use of the Service. In no event shall DATAHOUNDS LLC's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
